The device is installed at the entry side of the induction coil, positioned over the induction heater, to feed raw billets into the induction coil for heating up to the desired temperature. This system consists of tensioned fourplex roller chain sprockets and a free-moving fourplex roller chain. A low motion detector (LMD) is installed on top of the billets to detect any motion; if the billets stop due to an accident or trouble, it sends a signal to the control box for further action. The Billet Feeding Conveyor gradually feeds the billets into the induction coil at the desired speed. This device, including the Feeding Conveyor, Billet Feeding Conveyor for Induction Billet Heater, and Pusher Conveyor, is mainly used in the forging industry and is suitable for installation with all types of induction heaters.
